Getting Started
A quick guide to creating habits, getting AI coaching, journaling, and tracking your progress.
Create your first habit
On the home screen, tap the floating action button in the bottom-right and choose Create Habit. A sheet opens where you can enter the habit details.

- Habit name
- Days of the week
- Expected frequency and unit
- Preferred time
- Tags (up to 3) used in reliability and efficiency insights
- Description
After saving, track the habit each day from the calendar view. Tap the habit to open its details and see additional stats.
Use Habit Coach
Not sure which habits will move you toward your goals? Habit Coach generates habit ideas based on your goal, preferences, mindset, and preferred timing.

For example, enter a goal like ‘Gain 5 kg of muscle in 3 months.’ Habit Coach suggests a set of supporting habits tailored to you.
Log your journal
Reflection matters. From the home screen, open the Journal tab to view your calendar and add entries with the floating action button.

Record your mood and thoughts to better understand trends over time.
Track your progress
Tap Progress in the bottom navigation to review your habit and journal insights. Check the Reliability tab for how consistently you follow through.

Personalization
During onboarding, you choose your persona, mindset, and preferred timing. These selections influence how habits are suggested and how the 24/7 assistant supports you.
